While on Mat leave I went into work 3 times for meetings under the Keeping in Touch day scheme. The first was in April 2009, then two more over the summer. After each one I sent the relevant info to the HR lady at work, since supposedly I should have been able to get paid the following month each time. Unfortunately since then she has not done anything towards getting me paid.
I've sent her reminders every month as the money keeps on not showing on my payslips (have been back at work since November). I've asked my line manager to follow up, she said in January she'd mentioned it and HR lady said Oh yes, she'd get onto it straight away. 2 months ago I reported it to HR lady's line manager (as there wasn't anything else I could think of doing) and still nothing has happened.
What's really annoying is that in October I called the payroll to ask about nursery voichers, and also about this. I then emailed HR lady with the name of the person to contact, and the info she needed to confirm to him, but stupidly didn't copy said payroll person in on the message.
Is there anything more I can do than just repeatedly email her and her line manager every month? All she has to do is send one simple email. It's not a huge sum of money, but it would help and it's getting to be more a principle of the thing now - much as I like my work, I don't see why I should be expected to have done it for free.
