Return to work from maternity leave and pregnant again

Hello all

I am to go back to work in soon after a year maternity leave.
I have opened a grievance case with my employer for victimization during and after the pregnancy, currently being handled

I have been diagnosed with a depression by the doctor resulting from this and I am dreading going back to work
I am 6 weeks pregnant and I am scared that this process by my employer will start all over again, I am concerned on the effect this can have on my pregnancy

How would you ladies handle this case ? what would you do ?

Is resigning an option, if you really don't want to go back?

If you've already raised a grievance about this treatment I actually think it's probably more likely you'll be treated with kid gloves during this pregnancy as they might be scared of a discrimination claim.
