Didn't want to hijack another thread but I have questions about KIT days...

You are supposed to get up to 10 paid days ?
If you go over that you lose your SMP for the week?
What if you are on unpaid AML by that point?
Can you do ad hoc work whilst on AML but not in your role?

You can get up to 10 paid days if you and your employer both want that. Yes if you get paid for even a day over 10 days you lose SMP for that entire week.

If you are no longer receiving SMP then that's fine, you can do bits and pieces if you want to and your employer wants you to, doesn't matter what the role is.
