Which credit card terminal provider to use?

Client at the mo banks and uses Band of Scotland for credit card online bookings - through Paypoint.

Need to get a terminal for taking on site bookings - but far from happy with BOS and all their wonderful charges - so would be happy to ditch them for CC stuff.

But can we??

Who is best - not a very large volume of transactions - but enough to be a pia to do a 'dummy' online booking when the client is at the counter.

I used to use Barclays, but they took too long to put money in to account and charged silly money.

I switched to Retail Merchant Services, who are cheaper and I get money into account in 3 days. Tel 0845 2419960.

We use HSBC the money is in our bank account 2 working days after the transaction so if we run the card on Monday we have the money on Wednesday they have a sliding scale of charges depend on the level of transactions you have. There customer service is really good and we have been with them for 4 years now, but we bank with Natwest.

Do they provide the credit card terminal too?
