Do you think it's relevant to say that I am on mat leave on an application form for a new job?

I'm just dong the form just now... I'm on mat leave # 2 within 2 years, the potential employer knows this but I'm not sure whether to put it on my actual form?

Does it matter? But I've been out from work for 2 years (went back for 6 months inbetween mat leaves) so if I don't mention it they might be a bit when I am spouting on about all the stuff I do at work?

Any ideas?

I've only ever mentioned maternity leave when asked when I could start, as I only had my childcare arrangements sorted out from a certain date. I never listed it on CV or application forms and there's no need to, as you're still in continuous employment.

I was interviewed for my current job whilst on mat leave with #2 (actually handed my notice in and only returned for 1 week before starting new job)

never came up either on application form or during interview and then on my transfer document (work for nhs) old trust forgot to put my 2nd mat leave so i dont think new trust even know i've ever had a 2nd mat leave even though they know i have 2 DC
