Hi - I'm trying to help a stressed out mate - if there is any experience or earlier threads on this please can you let me know.
My friend has returned pt from ML (was ft preML)but the employer has refused to tell client she is pt. This has been stressful, compromised her professional integrity and now the sh*t has hit the fan - the client has left.
Any advice / legal protection she should know about.
