I was talking to the woman who runs my daughters nursery yesterday and she said she was looking for an assistant manager at the nursery if I knew of anyone. As I have my nvq l3 in childcare of course I said me!
Went for a talk today with the current manager and she has offered me the job.
I have never been a manager of anything and also a little worried about working same place as dd. has anyone had problems with this?
I am also very excited as I have been out of work for year now with having dd and everything and can't wait to get back into the swing of it all. My dd goes free too so big added bonus as I am paying £28 for two mornings at mo!!!!!
