Has the national holluday entitlement gone up?

I have just been on the direct.gov website and it says that from april 2009 workers will be entitled to a minimum of 28days holidays!! Is this right?

Does it apply for everyone?

Not sure it's gone up - that 28 days includes Bank Holidays as well. Were you thinking that it was 28 days personal entitlement?
