I have an interview next week for a learning support position in adult education and wondered if anyone else does this? It would be helpful to have a few pointers as to what I might be asked or what the role involves so that I can demonstrate how I would be able to carry out the role. Alternatively if there are any teachers who work in adult education - what do you want from your learning support assistants? TIA
