Can anyone advise me on this?
Everyone apart from me and 1 other were made redundant in January and I was told there would still be a business in the UK (the company is owned by an american company) and I would not be affected.
However, behind the scenes the office is closing in June so I guess if I'm still here I will be working from home. There is enough stock to last about 5 months and after that who knows.
I am assuming that at the last minute I will be made redundant but they are not actually telling me anything.
Should I chase them up on this to at least get a date and can they legally just shut and make me redundant at the last minute?
I don't really know if anyone can help or advise me but had to get it off my chest.
