Thank you to everyone who has put up with me moaning about my job over the past few months. I've told my boss I want out and she came back to me with a settlement today - got most of what I wanted.
Bloody scary though! Am going to have to go freelance, for a while, and brush up all those self-motivation skills. And sell myself to commissioning editors, eek.
Still better than being in job I hate though
