Mention solicitor/legal action in appeal letter? (sorry me again!)

Hello - I am just finishing of my letter of appeal ready to submit tomorrow. I have put the cc' on it of my solicitor. Should i breifly mention that i have instructed a solicitor so that if appeal is not upheld will be going straight to tribunal?

They should be aware of what the next steps are anyway. It smacks of blackmail tbh.

Don't need to. If you have cc'd your solicitor they will know you are taking legal advice. Also by saying that it ties you in to doing exactly that immediately the appeal is not upheld (if that happens) or risk undermining your credibility.

If you are taking advice from a solicitor is he/she not advising you on what to say, and on the compromise agreement issue you mentioned in another thread?

I will just leave cc in then. My solicitor is no-win no-fee job so he is only going to get involved if take to tribunal - if they offer compromise agreement I will ask him to do this too for fixed fee. I don't have the money to pay him to help me with appeal etc.
