I've heard of bugs from nursery, but from childminder?

I went back to work this week and 11 mo ds has been settling at cm last week, there two days this week. It seems since we started to go there he has been ill - a cold, a stomach bug and tonight a temperature. He won;t eat for her, and is refusing food from me too.
Such a worry!
Is it common now that he is consorting with toddlers?! I know that babies at nursery catch everything.

it is a new environment and so new bugs to be met. v good for building immune system. it will be fine but you all need to get used to it too.

It's very common I'm afraid. When you take your little one anywhere, even to a toddler group, they will pick things up because it's the best way to boost their immune system. They need to pick up so many different things so their immune system an identify and remember them incase they catch them again when they are older.

It's a PITA but necessary.
