I have been offered at work to be able to do 2 12 hour shifts (8am-8pm) instead of what I do at moment (9-2, then 9-5 and 9-5) 3 days a week.
It would mean basically not seeing the dc's for 2 days completely (they have a great nanny and dh can help) but be with them for 5 days fully.
At the moment I feel like 3 days a week leaves me out of the 'mummy loop'.
Please dont say neither option is good, we need the money as going abroad next year for a year and need to save up as wont be able to work.
