right i am applying for a shop managing job for the british heart foundation anybody work for them or anybody can suggest a format for my cv

...its not well paid but i could do the work and they dont ask for any special qualifications

any ideas how best to set out my cv

i normally have no luck at all when i apply via application forms i think maybe just maybe as they want cvs i may stand a better chance to show myself better

thank you i think it is what they call on there a functional cv i need rather than a chronological one

im just not sure how acceptable a functional one is in practice to employers

I can't see why they would have a problem with one. It's a CV, you have an opportunity to explain any gaps in your employment and how your experience as a mum has helped in building the qualities they are asking for?
