is this a bad time to change jobs- anyone else putting off changing jobs

I have been considering changing jobs recently but am getting cold feet due to ?recession which will hit.

Hi. I understand your concerns. I've been offered 2 jobs recently, both admin - one was working for an estate agent, the other for a building company. As both areas seem unstable at present, I chose the building company, as it seemed a better place to work.
Also, I've come off income support to start work, and it's a bit worrying, but I've been assured they have plenty of contracts. I just hope I don't end up back on benefits again.
What job do you do?
