Payment time after COT3?

I am about to sign a COT3 agreement for a settlement from my previous employer. We haven’t yet agreed that part of it but I just wanted to know how quickly some of you have received your payment. My previous employer is a big nationwide company so I already know money isn’t an issue, especially as the amount isn’t huge.

I have absolutely no idea what COT3 is, but am posting to bump it.

It should say the payment timescale in the cot3. If it doesn't, ask for it to be added before ACAS declare the agreement binding (note this is verbal or by email, as opposed to when the agreement is signed!)
