Easy ways to build daily wellness habits?

I'm trying to reset my routine and focus more on overall energy and health this autumn. Aside from drinking more water and fixing sleep, what small daily habits or supplements have actually made a noticeable difference for you?
Would love to hear what works for everyone!

Daily yoga.
Plain porridge with seeds, berries, flax, chia, probiotic yoghurt, banana
Cut out caffeine
No UPF, make everything from scratch
Multivitamin

Best thing I ever did was taking myself for a quick walk around a local woodland every morning after I’ve dropped my DC off. Sometimes I eat lunch at my desk so I can go back at lunchtime.

It’s just magical, birds and squirrels and trees. It’s like it recharges me.

Have you got a natural space nearby you can visit?

Sleep is everything.

I swim in the morning before I go to work. I make sure I don’t work long hours.I used to work looooong hours, but I have cut back and it makes a huge difference to have time away from a stressful job mentally.

Vit D, Creatine, iron levels checked (mine were very low) and supplements if so.

I take a few other bits and pieces, but those are my top 3.

So true, sleep changes everything! I used to work crazy hours too and it just ruins your energy. Trying to fix my routine now because bad sleep makes the whole day a struggle!

Spending time in daylight first thing in the morning. I try to take a walk before 0900. Makes a big difference.

Get up and go to bed at more or less the same time every day. I’ve worked out how much sleep I need, and I stick to it.

Choose yourself first

Routine and "habit stacking" is super important for me. Drink a glass of water when I wake up. If I dont have anything on that night do an at home pilates video.

If you do something 40x in a row, you establish a habit. So try extra hard to stick to it!

Sleep, eating healthily, exercise, time outside, time with friends, living alone with a pet.

That's such a great daily breakdown! I completely agree on multivitamins making a huge difference. Swapping out standard pills for chewable daily vitamins was a total game changer for staying consistent with my routine. Thanks for sharing your daily tips! 😊

AI

NeedToKnow101 · 12/09/2026 14:54

7 app or similar for 7 minutes workout a day. Especially good for people like me whose main exercise is walking.

Shavasana · 12/09/2026 14:58

Daily yoga
Good sleep
Fresh air every day
Daily bit of chocolate or whatever feeds your soul in moderation

It might be one of the reasons why you’ve had some people assuming you’re AI.
