Hi everyone. I have an interview tomorrow for a Band 4 NHS admin role. While the hours are okay, the exact same department has just advertised another Band 4 role with hours that fit my commitments much better. I’ve already applied for it (and have to wait for the closing date).
Should I mention at tomorrow's interview that I’m more interested in the newly advertised role because of the hours, or is it better to keep that quiet for now? I don't want to seem uninterested in the current vacancy, but since it's the same team, I wonder if they'd appreciate the transparency. Thanks!
