I’m looking at returning to the finance industry and particularly like payroll
I’ve looked at jobs and im not quite experienced enough to apply and can’t find any junior/places that are happy to train only jobs that want 3 years experience/hit the ground running roles
A good few years ago I worked for a company where I helped with payroll, recruitment and finance but it was very self taught/using the programmes self help pages which was fine and I managed for 3 years but the company was small and worked directly under the MD
Ive used brightpay for payroll and HR, clear books for some finance tasks but I’ve been looking at courses and the ones I’ve looked at seem basic. Like I have the basic understanding.
im qualified in HR level 3 CIPD but im looking at the payroll equivalent
anyone in this field shed any light?
