I’m not very good at interviews. Particularly answering competency style questions.
I know the STAR format and I have some examples but I really need some help formulating more and better answers that tick the right boxes.
Can anyone recommend some resources - books, courses, videos, trainers- that they’ve used to help them improve in this specific area please?
It’s really holding me back and it’s hugely frustrating to see less qualified and less experienced people get promoted over me because they can talk the talk at interview in a way I can’t seem to manage.
