Should i leave for less pay?

Considering leaving a great package and benefits to look for a new job with lower pay and benefits.

Workplace has become toxic with unfair treatment and feel like they will never give me a fair chance. I know if I leave and even manage to find something else the pay and/or benefits won't be as good.

Anyone done this? Would love to hear your experiences.

A sandwich is still a shit sandwich even if there's only 1% shit in it. I'd start looking for other jobs. Life is too short to spend years of it in a toxic workplace.

Life is too short to be unhappy and mistreated at work. If you’ve done the sums and can afford it I’d do it. Think of your health and happiness.

That's true! It is difficult because the grass isn't always greener and I may end up at a toxic workplace but with less pay!!
