Hello,
I recently saw a job posting via LinkedIn that really caught my interest. I messaged the person who shared the advert initially on LinkedIn to enquire whether the job could be conducted remotely from the UK. She replied very quickly to ask me to submit my CV via email but did not say yes / no which I took to mean it was a possibility.
The job advertised was lacking some details namely salary range, and travel expectations. The location was also advertised as remote / America (willingness to travel ) and to be discussed, and as such was not fully clear. There was an email to submit your CV to.
So as to not waste my time, or theirs given the lack of clarity in the job advert, I emailed them giving a brief outline of my background (very aligned to the job) and asking for further details on the above including whether the job could be conducted remotely from the UK alongside the travel expectations.
I ended the email stating I’d be very happy to submit my CV once they had clarified the above.
This was a couple of days ago and I have not heard back. I am now wondering if I ought to have sent my CV anyway and whether I should wait or follow up with it. Would you wait a week or follow up now?
