Hi mums! Would love to hear any tips or success stories from mums who have started making extra income through UGC or content creation. I have some time on my hands when baby naps and think I want to look into it. xx

I used to have a moderately successful beauty Youtube channel bringing in about $750 a month but then I stopped it when DC2 came along and the income dwindled. It’s a great gig if you can do it well but it takes a lot of time and input to make those 10 minute videos and market them well. I recommend finding a niche where you don’t depend on buying new products regularly! I keep thinking about starting a new one with a better concept but I’m working FT now. I also had a couple of fairly successful blogs (beauty and lifestyle) but blogs are largely dead now thanks to AI.
