Help with Google docs

I am trying to compile an online Google doc questionnaire.

page 1 + 2 - information and guidelines.

page 3 + 4 - recipient answers questions to provide information about subject A

page 5 + 6 - recipient answers questions to provide information about subject B

page 7 + 8 - recipient answers questions to provide information about subject C

I need to be able to print off pages 3 + 4, 5 + 6, 7 + 8 , 3 pages in total, A4 double sided.

This is the issue, on a dummy run, if recipient provides short replies then page 5 would creep up into page 4. And the opposite would happen when too much information is suppled. I need the pages to stop at the end of the last question on that page then go to next page to start next subject.

The 3 subjects must be on 3 separate pieces of paper when printed out.

Is there away that I can stop a page from running into next.

I hope this makes sense.

Google Forms and Google Docs aren't the same thing. Google Forms creates online questionnaires and will provide individual responses or you can collate responses in a Google Sheet (spreadsheet).

There are loads of videos on YouTube about using page breaks for Google Docs.

You might be able to insert a text box with a fixed size. Have you tried asking AI?

If you are really using Google forms (rather than Google docs), then the questionnaire and the answers are treated as two different things. Basically you create a google form with all the questions. Then people provide answers. The answers are collated as data.
You can open the answers in a spreadsheet (google sheet), which you can format and print out if you need to.

When the google form is completed, if you go to the form and “print all responses” you can save to PDF - here you can save custom pages and then print them off in the order you want.
