Do you find your job fulfilling?

I don’t find my job full filling; it is monotonous, don’t have much challenge and little interaction with people; not enough to do; however salary is good, not much stress, relative flexible and I have time for me and my family which is what I need now, good benefits.

There is not perfect. Previous job was very challenging and constant pressure and deadlines. Big 4.

I am an Accountant, working in industry, small company atm.

Love what I do. It can be life changing for some people and that is just bloody awesome!

I used to work in a relatively well paid role that was incredibly boring but had great working conditions. It was rare for anyone to leave.

I left and retrained as a midwife and genuinecouodng be happier. It is so fulfilling and makes me happy everyday

Obviously I've bad days but I always know I've made a difference to families and that gets nd through the hard times.

Yes it is. Civil service, senior, technical. Could earn a lot more contracting but I like the sense of ‘belonging’, working towards something I genuinely believe is for societal good, have a great work life balance and a fair salary. I’m very lucky I do have to remind myself of that sometimes, but not going to lie, still thrilled it’s Friday tomorrow ha.

My job has its moments, and I am very lucky to be involved in some very meaningful events. But day to day, management seem to be motivated only by the goal of sucking out every scrap of enjoyment, initiative and empowerment...they are very, very good at doing this.
