I've an interview next week for a Primary school Pastoral Lead. I just wondered what sort of questions they might ask. I'm a qualified TA, so I'm wondering if it will be similar to those?

Safeguarding 100% and confidentiality question
Obstacles to learning, LAC, ACE, how will you remove barriers to learning?
Attendance, how will you improve it?
Inclusion, SEND white paper, how will your pastoral role support those with additional needs and complex cases?
Bullying
Good luck x 🍀

Forging positive relationships working with families, parents and carers. Multidisciplinary working.

Make sure that you are familiar with current terms. Some helpful info here

I’d look at key school policies and the Equality Act in relation to schools.
Good luck.
