I used to work in the pastoral team of a secondary school - very flexible

domestic/support staff in boarding schools are often those times. I was. Downside is they often want six days per week.

You'd be looking at schools, nurseries or care work. I work for a local authority and various admin roles would allow those timings and are sometimes term time only as well. Added bonus we're currently only actually in an office 1 day a week with the rest of the week working from home. Worth looking at part time NHS admin as well.

Retail. Especially big shops. I worked in a large branch of Boots when I was at university and could basically pick my hours. Lots of overtime available too. This was about 15 years ago though.
