I have an upcoming interview for a Support Secretary in Rheumatology.
Does anyone have any tips please?
I have looked at the 6 core NHS values and also the specific Trust core values and vision.
I have about 6 STAR answers from a previous civil service interview (unsuccessful ) that I can use for any example questions.
From researching online I am feeling a bit despondent about the interview as lots of people say that band 3 roles just go to internal candidates? Does anyone know if this is the case?
