NHS application/shortlisting

Are NHS job application updates sent via the recruitment team or hiring manager?
I applied for a job which they shortlisted for yesterday afternoon but I haven’t had an update via TRAC. Interviews are scheduled for Wednesday. Do the panel notify the recruitment team on who to invite to interview?

Everything is done on TRAC in my experience. Shortlister will update on TRAC to say who is to be invited to interview, but HR manage TRAC and send out invites.

do you know if shortlisted applicants receive an outcome at the same time as unsuccessful applicants?

Doctor so not sure if it's the same but interview invites are via trac and email simultaneously so I assume one triggers the other. I've never not been shortlisted for the 4 job applications/offers I've applied for so unable to say what happens if you aren't, sorry!

There are a few stages in Trac, so it’s possible someone still has to do something to complete the shortlisting, but yes the shortlisted and non-shortlisted candidates should hear at the same time.

I have checked junk and also checked my Trac account.
If I haven’t received/ heard anything I’m assuming neither have any of the other applicants, even if they were invited to interview as updates must be sent at once

Im assuming email updates are sent as soon as Trac is fully updated with shortlisted and unsuccessful applicants
