Anyone working as an NHS Senior HCA in the community?

Does anyone work as a NHS Senior HCA in the community, rather than in a hospital setting?

If so what does your role entail? The role I’ve seen seems to more hybrid and admin based than physical care.

I work in community, not as a hca but the hca’s go out on visits. They’ll have a list in the morning and you can work out your own order in which to do aslong as timed visits are done when needed. There’s a lot of admin as you have to document your visit after but not as much as the nurses.
