Interview prep/thoughts

I might have an interview coming up next week; been told by the recruitment agent to focus on deadlines/meeting deadlines at the interview - that's the only steer she has given me.

Nothing else, is that a red flag and a sign of a chaotic workplace that they are super focused on this....

It kind of makes me think it is either very pressured and people have tried and failed/left or it's going to be like being on a hamster wheel/stressful with relentless deadlines that may not be achievable.

Interviews are a two way process …
you can say you’ve got good time management skills but also ask questions around this like the biggest team challenge or the team structure etc

guess it depends a bit of what the job involves and what your responsibilities are whether or not the response you get seems reasonable.

there’s not much harm in proceeding til you have more of the facts
