I will not be popular if i ask this question outright at work even though I have only had 2 days sick since I started in my work place in 2002! I want to know the legals as you never know what's round the corner.
Current company sick pay is 13 weeks full pay with no pay until day 4. SSP after. Do they know have to pay at least SSP day 1-3?
