Am currently recruiting an HR Advisor (its really an administrator but hey, ho) as my current incumbent is leaving me!!
I'm trying to think of a couple of scenario-based written exercises to allow the candidate to demonstrate that they understand the wider-reaching implications of the admin task. Nothing too stressful. I just need someone who takes accountability and understands the importance of disciplined administration processes.
So far, I've come up with:

Written Warning paperwork missing
