Hi I went on maternity leave on November 26th, since the 20th of march I have received an email from my pension provider stating that they are no longer paying towards my pension. I quiered this with my employer who has said the letter was sent out in error and all staff have been unenrolled. However my pension provider says they have no access to this and my employer have unenrolled me themselves. They also have my pension contributions down wrong and have paid me base on statuary pay and not my normal pay. Obviously I have caught them in a lie but should I be contacting citizens advice regarding this?

Speak to ACAS and see what they suggest.
