New job & IVF transfer

Asking for some advice...

Ive just been offered a new role within the same NHS trust but also have a FET coming up in around 4 weeks so I want to make sure I can get time before/after transfer whilst also wanting to leave my current role as soon as possible. I have a 4 week notice period also.

Any tips?

Not being dismissive - my clinic were big on the whole 'ooh goodness you need to rest and also here is some snake oil' routine, but actually, recent studies suggest moderate exercise ups your chances of success slightly, and stress has absolutely no effect. I worked through mine; I was working the morning before I drove to the clinic and the day after, and it was fine.

I would have found it much better emotionally if the bloody clinic hadn't made me feel I ought to be lying on a chaise-longue having the vapours - they can be real twits.
