I’ll preface this with I was made redundant a year ago and got another job quickly. It’s in the service industry and originally I was contracted out to another company. All good - they paid for me full time. It ended due to not needing me anymore but was given good feedback. I’ve had a really positive end of year review. In my job I need to be billed to
clients. I am helping with a business initiative but have been doing that for 2 weeks. My bosses say they’re busy so I’ve offered them my help if they need it. Nothing! Total silence. I’ve been working on procedures and sound a gap analysis etc. but that will be 2 weeks I’ll have had no billed work. In addition on having interaction it’s obvious another dept doesn’t like my approach and it’s clear discussions have been going on in he background! Not nada, not a pip squeak about having no billed work! I’m starting to feel things are going on in the background but nothing forthcoming. WWYD?
