Does anyone work in an Alternate Provision?
I'm seriously considering a change of career to move into this area. I worked in a female prison previously and have family members who are SEND but I have no formal experience.
Always wanted a meaningful career and to help others change their life, or just to feel loved!
What can I do about entering this career path given my lack of experience and what are the realistic salaries?
I have a toddler at home and am a single mum based in greater London.
