Carrier change

Hi all just look for some advice.
So I’ve been hairdressing since I left school in 2014 currently on mat leave with my second and thinking about changing carrier but don’t know where to start. I want something with a bit more purpose but that would also fit around children, before mat leave I was doing 3 days a week 9-5. But because I’ve always done hairdressing I obviously don’t have any other qualifications or anything.
i was thinking about doing a TA job because I love seeing my eldest and how she’s coming Ona at school and think it’s rewarding but the pay isn’t great.

I want to try and take some weight of my partners shoulders he’s a lorry driver and working 60-70 hours a week just so we get the lifestyle we live now.

anyone been in the same boat?

Could you not build up your own hairdressing business working freelance at times to suit you? I think that would be preferable to being a TA.

@Strandlover I don’t enjoy it anymore the job it self has change so much any people expectations are so high I’m just second guessing my work everytime like they’ve paid £180 for this is it any good are they going to ring and complain etc
