How best to advertise myself?

I have recently left my job (20 years in Special Ed... burned out!)
I am planning to do pet care and dog walking (all insured, DBS checked and am Canine First Aid certified). I'm very experienced with dogs and cats!
I know the market is out there (spent some time checking locally) but I do not have a large personal network to start by word of mouth.
How can I best advertise my services?
Obviously I can post on FB and Nextdoor.
Are flyers through the door still a thing?
Any suggestions welcomed!

Is there a local pet grooming salon? You could ask to put up a flier there.

Ditto local shops and newsagents. Also contact vets.

Any local dog walking groups?

Maybe get business cards printed and put through some doors and on notice boards. If theres a community type magazine publushed in your area you put an advert in there.
