What a sexist recruitment advert!!! You are excluding half the population ... lunacy. Hope the psychological practice isn't as bad.

I am so sorry you find the advert sexist - it certainly wasn't our intention to be so in any way. We welcome any applicant with the relevant experience. We have experience supporting people (including Mum's) to return to work and regain any lost confidence so we did wish to encourage and inspire people who may be in this position (with the relevant experience) to apply. Maybe it is the thread headline you found sexist rather than the full job opportunity advert? If so I do understand and please know there was no intention to exclude simply to encourage applicants from all groups including a group we know can sometimes feel less confident to do so initially. Please do let me know which elements of the ad you found sexist and I can make sure we correct/improve the wording. Thank you. Janine

It’s not a sexist advert. It says ‘person, candidate’ etc… so that’s perfectly clear it’s open to anyone.
I suspect the PP is referring to your thread title where it says ‘alongside being a Mum.’ Which I don’t think is unreasonable given it is on Mumsnet.
Anyway, good luck with your search @LivingFromValues
