Redundancy appeal… what to wear?

I have a redundancy appeal meeting in just over a week, I’m well aware that I should probably be stressing over more pressing matters like the questions I am going to be asked; but I was just wondering how would I be expected to dress? Formally? Casual? It’s office based if that helps!

I'd go for the more formal side of normal office wear.

Agree with pp, the more formal ends of what you would usually wear in the office. But also, something you feel good and confident in.

I completely get wanting to focus on clothes though, it's something you can control to help you feel good about yourself. Completely logical. Good luck!

I think you’re very much right as to me focusing on clothes as it’s something I can control in the situation! It’s somewhat of a comfort knowing I’ll be dressed appropriately in what is otherwise a bit of a stressful/rubbish time.
