Moving to a new job, no choice

So the department I am in is going to restructure to meet business needs. We are a transformation group, so it’s really expected that we work ourselves out of jobs eventually. It’s just we aren’t there yet and I really enjoy what I am doing. There are some 30 minute meetings with old boss and likely new boss on Wednesday. Is it wrong to be nervous? I am normally good with change but in this role I have found my niche and can do it well without killing myself. Retirement is about 10 ish years away still, turning 50 this year . Please help settle my nerves with your good stories of job moves that you had no choice in but came your way.
