My company is going through a major restructure at the moment, with lots of redundancies having taken place.
Obviously in the circumstances people are unsettled. I've just received a message from HR, saying could we arrange a quick call for x (HR) and x (HR) plus myself as we exchange alot of emails and it would be good to put a face to the name. Two members of HR and myself.
Something seems unusual, as I've worked here for a number of years but never had such an invite. Is this an odd request or am I just being paranoid?
