very nice website

if it's not too 'basic' to say so nice photos!

flowerybeanbag · 29/06/2008 15:05

thanks all!

brokenbiscuits I didn't know that about needing a contact address on there at all, see you learn something everyday. Don't suppose you know what regulation it actually is do you, so I can check exactly what it says? Presumably it's the same as having to have it on headed paper and all that. Might have a peep at Companies House website to see if it says anything there about websites.

Thanks peagreene and 1dilemma as well. I'll have to have a chat with my business partner about putting more details about us on there. I can see where you are all coming from on that one.

There are some details on the link I gave before about requirements..
TBH I always feel better about giving my contact details if I can see their (the websites) contact details, ie postal address etc and registered details as you have them on companies house, similar to the details on a letter head.

You could also have a standard footer on your emails with your contact/postal details and opening hours etc.

flowerybeanbag · 29/06/2008 18:24

ooh sorry didn't even notice you'd posted a link , will have a peek.

I know what you mean about feeling better about a company, that's absolutely right. It wasn't a deliberate omission, just didn't occur to me tbh. thanks!

this link refers to the information flowerybeanbag

It is Section 351, Companies Act 1985.

I must admit, I always feel put off if I cannot find out about a company without contacting them. Which would be a shame, because everyone on mumsnet knows how great your advice is!

Great website flowery. Looking at your FACEit service, you say that phone and email support is limitless but then further down you say it's capped at 25 hours. Am I missing something?

zog · 08/07/2008 10:37

Also, can you give me an idea of what you would charge for a consultation re my options as outlined on this thread

Thanks

flowerybeanbag · 08/07/2008 11:01

thanks zog.

FACEit is a limitless number of phone calls or emails, as many queries as you like through the year.

The time limit of 25 hours would be more than plenty for virtually any client, it's put in there just in case there are bigger clients with lots of major problems that really need further work, to stop them relying on FACEit for significant issues where it really wouldn't be the appropriate service to deal with them iyswim.

I would be happy to come and see you and talk about your options free of charge if you would find that helpful. If you contact me on [email protected] we can sort something out.
