How do I handle manager complaint meeting

I have been invited to a meeting next week with HR to discuss the conduct of my manager following an anonymous complaint.
My manager is a bully and I really want to be honest about the stress I am experiencing and how he bullies me.
I don’t know the detail of the complaint, just that it was regarding bullying in my team.
I am very aware that people say HR are there for the company and not the employee.
How do I approach this meeting and make sure my concerns are expressed without risking my own job?

I have been in this situation and I just kept my responses honest and factual. If you have examples you can share them. Do you have the option of anyone accompanying you into the meeting?

If someone else has complained sounds like it’s being taken seriously as an issue. Be factual.

As everyone has said, be factual. Only describe what you have experienced or witnessed first-hand, don't report hearsay. Avoid emotive language unless you are asked a direct question such as 'how did this make you feel?'

What are you afraid of? Telling the truth and then paying for it?

You shouldn't pay for it. But if you DO - prepare and get out.

I always think at times like this that it is good to have savings and financial power up my sleeve just in case some nobend makes it necessary for me to 'find my cheese' and slip off elsewhere.
