Which job would be best - young and school age children

Mum to a 4 and 2 year old - currently work 3 days a week for the NHS - so get 2 days with them to enjoy and do different activities.

Current job is flexible and can work from home if needed, allowing me to change my hours slightly from September when my daughter starts school.

My eldest is starting school this September - have an interview lined up at the school she will hopefully be attending - full time term time (+ 2 weeks) - money is quite a bit better than current job.

With my current job I would be able to drop and pick her up 3 days a week and still enjoy 2 days with my youngest also but would have to juggle term time. Not sure how many days would be able to collect her with the new one as may go past school finish time .

Parents of school age children which would you say would be best?

Whichever jobs pays the most an has the best pension. Does either job give you the ability to train or skill up?

I’d stay with the most flexible one. If I didn’t need the pay rise x
