Hi no experience of this exact role but have dealt with templates in previous admin job. the clinic templates will be created/amended on which ever healthcare system is used to book appointments, rather than excel. I imagine the job will involve lots of making appointments in line with whatever priority the consultant has given their referral, including phoning patients to confirm time and date, and receiving calls from patients with queries about their appointments/progress of their referral, as well as dealing with clinic template issues.

will you be involved in clinical trials? Sometimes drs might request certain drugs from pharma companies to help treat patients who might need it most. Or sometimes when a trial ends patients can get post trial access. I could be barking up the wrong tree but sometimes involves ethics committee review.
