I am due back to work soon when my maternity leave finishes. I used to work full time and will be returning on a 16 hour contract. I have had my accrued holiday leave at full time rate. However, my work are easing me back in and using my accrued bank holidays so I can start back on 8 hours for a few weeks.
When I look at my rota on the app, it seems that they have been entered at a part time rate ie 2 bank holidays each week and 8 hours work which totals 16 hours. Surely I should be able to get my bank holidays at the full time rate? Obviously I am aware that going forward they will be at the part time rate. Any advice would be great, cheers.
