Portfolio career

I currently teach part time (3 days), but I am finding the job almost unbearable at the minute, mainly due to student behaviour, workload and scrutiny. I would like to reduce my hours further (I don’t want to leave completely at this stage for a variety of reasons). However, I can’t really afford to reduce my hours without picking up another job. I am also a single parent and would struggle with a 9-5 on my current days off due to the additional health needs of my children. Therefore, I’m looking for something flexible that could be done while they are at school on one or two of my days off. My job has started to affect my mental and physical health so I feel like I need a break from education in the second job. I’m struggling to find anything suitable. Does anyone have a portfolio career? What do you do? I’ve been thinking of delivering food/ parcels, Avon, literally anything but just don’t know where to start. Advice much appreciated.

I don't have this type of career but bumping it for you. Are you any good at typing/could virtual assistant/transcription work be an option for you?

Thank you. I am ok at typing. I hadn’t thought of transcription but I will look into that. I’m wondering if there are any agencies that I could join.
